Three Bedroom House Plan Concept with Elevated Floor

House plan concept today has 3 bedrooms and one common bathroom. This is a single storey house with elvated floor but garage provision is optional. This house plan has a total floor area of 82 square meters and can be erected in a lot with 11 meters width and 15 meters depth or 165 square meters lot area. With this lot size the minimum setback of both sides is 1.5 meters, 2.5 meters at the front and 1.5 meters at the back side.

This house plan concept is also elevated in 4 steps including the landing at the porch area. opening the main door will lead you to the main living area at the left side and directly opposite is the combined dining and kitchen.

At he middle of the house are the 2 bedroom opposite to each other and third bedroom is located at the rear. Directly opposite the third bedroom is the common toilet and bath and a small storege room. The rear wall is also provided with an exit door which opens to the back side of the house.

With 82 square meters house plan concept, you can be assured that 3 rooms can be accommodated with ample space. With a house footprint of 8 meters by 11 meters, this will only require a 165 square meter lot which is not too much for an average earning family.
