Hello, there! Today, we are sharing with you a three-bedroom double-storey house plan that is suitable in a 100-120 sq.m. lot that is elongated. The floor plan of this house has a total area of 9.50 m. depth and 7 meters width. But because it is a double-storey, its are is also double resulting in a 133 sq.m.
This house design is slick. It does not occupy a lot of space, thus, leaving enough space for the minimum allowed setback requirements by local building authority.
The large glass door and windows allow natural light to enter keeping bright and ventilated. There is a balcony in the 2nd floor where the dwellers can spend some time to relax and enjoy the view of the outdoors.
This house has a shed roof. This article says hat the shed roof is a very simple roof. It’s essentially a flat roof that’s sloped. It allows for vaulted ceilings or an upper floor for part of the home, depending on the slope and design of the home. Additionally, the clipped ends provide more headroom in the loft than a traditional hip roof.
The ground floor contains the garage which can accommodate two cars, living room, dining, kitchen, and a toilet. It has also a porch and a matching balcony in the upper floor.
The 2nd floor contains three bedrooms. There is one master bedroom with a very spacious space that can be converted into another room. There is one common toilet and bathroom
