Three bedroom Minimalist House Plan

This three bedroom minimalist house plan is 120 square meters in floor area not including the roof deck. The minimum lot requirement is 261 square meters. Maintaining 3 meters setback at the front, 2 meters at the rear and 1.5 meters on both sides, the minimum dimension of the lot would be 15.5 meters width and 16.8 meters depth.

As can be seen from the front perspective, this  three bedroom minimalist house plan uses neutral color combinations. Dominant colors are white and grey, white for most of the walls and grey for some wall accents. Brown colored strips are located at the top of the windows near the bedroom at the left side.

With its modern look, the roof deck above makes this floor plan more classy. Having a roof deck at the top is also very useful in times of small gatherings since it can be used as a venue for birthdays, small family reunions or a place of relaxation.

Going into detail with the floor plan, it consists of the porch, sit-out, living room, dining area, kitchen with work area, three bedrooms, and two toilet and bath. Porch in this house plan can be used also as a garage. The sit-out or terrace is designed so it also extends to the side of the living room. Living room and dining room is conveniently located at the front of the house, separated by wooden columns or balustrades.

Master’s bedroom next to the living room is with dresser and attached toilet and bath measuring 3.60 meters by 4.20 meters. beside it is another bedroom room 4 meters by 3 meters in size which is a common room sharing an common toilet and bath located in between the kitchen and another bedroom near the front of the house.
