The very first step to building a house is to purchase a lot where to construct it. And, when you already have your lot, the next thing to do is to build the house, uhm, of course when you are ready with the budget.
Assuming that you are ready with the budget, the next thing to think about is how your house would look like. Is it going to be a single-storey house or a double-storey? This factor needs to be considered not only because of the budget but also because of the size and shape of the lot.
If you have a small lot, it would not be advisable for you to build a single storey because there will be limited space in your house and it may not accommodate your stuffs and the visitors soon.
However, you can make use of your space wisely by building two-storey house, or even three-storey or even higher!
It is convenient and smart to build a two-story house if you cannot expand horizontally. As long as your foundation is strong enough, you can even build more upper floors soon. Just make sure that the foundation of the building supports more upper floors. Always talk to your engineer or architect if you have plans like this.
The first floor has the very spacious hall, living room, dining and kitchen and two big bedrooms with one having its own attached toilet and bath.
The 2nd floor has a corridor to access the bedrooms, a living room and a store room. It has three big bedrooms with a master bedroom that is really expansive! Wow! Could you imagine building this huge house for yourself? Why not? Talk to your financial advisor and start planning now!
