Have you ever considered having a pool in your house or in your yard? It sounds cool, doesn’t it? Today’s featured house design is a modern two-bedroom bungalow with a terrace and a pool. Though this is optional for those who do not want a pool in their house, let’s just preview it.
That;s the facade of the house. It is basically showing two big pillars with lamps on them, all glass walls, even the door has glass from middle to up. The front portion of the house is basically enclosed with glass. The interior is visible from outside view but you can choose a glass that is not see-through or you can have them smoked a little bit. On the right side is the pool although this can be provision for a garden or a small porch or sit-out, whatever you may wish to call it.
The two plant boxes before the entrance are also a good sight. This brings out the nature lover in you. You can place here flowering plants or leafy plants to promote oxygen and suck up the carbon dioxide around your home.
The rough estimate to build this house is USD30,000 – this is just for the building, the materials and labor cost. To make it ready for occupancy, you can dole out another USD10,000 or more depending on your lifestyle. The furnishing, furniture, and fixture that you want to put in your house determine the total cost. So, what we tell you here is just an estimate so you can have an idea at least how much does it cost to build this house.
